The workings of the Agency and the nature their contractual relations have been established in accordance to articles R 211-13 (decree n° 92-962 of 9 September 1992), L 763-1/771-1 (law n° 90-603 of 12 July 1990) and R 763-1/763-32 (decree n° 97-503 of 21 may 1997) in addition to The National Collective Agreement n°2397 of 22 June 2004 and its amendment of 22 June 2005.
In accordance to article L 763-9, L’Agence Di to Di holds a financial guarantee.
An explanatory notice is given to parents on the inscription of their children.
